Recruitment of waiters, waitresses and barmen

The Waitron's staff selection process involves finding the right personality of waiter, waitresses and barmen for the job. We believe that it requires a particular type of person to work in the hospitality industry. To have the basic skills to waiter, waiters or barmen is not enough. We also look for people who will work well as part of a team and know how to handle the variety of personalities that they will inevitably come into contact with during an event.
